Arrowhead Social Responsibility Investment Fund

Empowering Reconciliation Through Economic Participation

As a 100% Indigenous-owned Canadian company, Arrowhead Screening is deeply committed to economic reconciliation and long-term impact. We proudly operate at the intersection of advanced technology and cultural responsibility, providing trusted, secure verification and screening services tailored for the modern workforce.

But our mission extends beyond technology.

What is ASRIF?

The Arrowhead Social Responsibility Investment Fund (ASRIF) is a unique initiative that reinvests a portion of Arrowhead’s revenue into social, cultural, and economic development projects, directed by our clients and partners. Through ASRIF, we encourage clients become active participants in creating long-term, community-driven value—particularly in support of Indigenous-led initiatives.

Clients who work with Arrowhead for a minimum of one year will have the benefit of 5% of their annual procurement value into ASRIF, allowing those funds to be deployed in alignment with their own ESG, CSR, or reconciliation goals. Of course, it is up to the client where the funds are allocated but examples of ASRIF project include:

  • Indigenous entrepreneurship and training programs
  • Mental health and wellness initiatives
  • Youth leadership and mentorship
  • Cultural revitalization efforts
  • Community safety and employment readiness programs

Tied to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Call to Action 92

ASRIF is a direct response to Call to Action 92, which urges corporate Canada to:

“…adopt the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples as a reconciliation framework and apply its principles… including meaningful consultation, long-term sustainable opportunities, and equitable access to jobs, training, and education opportunities in the corporate sector.”

Through ASRIF, Arrowhead enables companies to go beyond statements—supporting reconciliation through measurable action.
