Consent
Screening is performed only with the informed, documented consent of the individual. Candidates may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits, by contacting us at info@arrowheadscreening.com.
Data Residency & Security
Data is hosted in Canada and protected with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging and regular security review. Access is limited to personnel who require it to deliver the service.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We disclose personal information only to the authorized client, to accredited data sources required to complete a verification, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Records are retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and to satisfy legal, audit and contractual requirements, after which they are securely destroyed.
Your Rights
Individuals may request access to their personal information, request correction of inaccuracies, or raise a privacy concern. Requests are addressed within the timelines set out in applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
