Arrowhead Screening Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy of every candidate and client we work with. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how it is safeguarded.
We collect personal information required to deliver workforce screening and verification services, including identity details, employment and education history, criminal record information where permitted, and contact details supplied by clients and candidates.
Personal information is used solely to complete the screening services requested, to communicate results to the authorized client, to meet legal and regulatory obligations, and to improve the security and reliability of our platform.
Screening is performed only with the informed, documented consent of the individual. Candidates may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits, by contacting us at info@arrowheadscreening.com.
Data is hosted in Canada and protected with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging and regular security review. Access is limited to personnel who require it to deliver the service.
We disclose personal information only to the authorized client, to accredited data sources required to complete a verification, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Records are retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and to satisfy legal, audit and contractual requirements, after which they are securely destroyed.
Individuals may request access to their personal information, request correction of inaccuracies, or raise a privacy concern. Requests are addressed within the timelines set out in applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
