Our Belief

Screening Can Do More Than Reduce Risk

For decades, workforce screening has been treated as a necessary business expense with one job: reduce hiring risk. We see an opportunity to make it work harder.

Arrowhead was built around a different way of thinking about screening. One that connects a necessary business process to broader opportunities for Indigenous procurement, community investment and enterprise value. That belief led to Impact Screening™.

The Human Side of Screening

Powerful Technology. Human Support

Technology can make screening faster, more connected and easier to manage. But when screening involves people, sensitive information and important decisions, technology isn't the whole story.

Arrowhead combines a sophisticated screening platform with responsive Canadian support when you need it.
